Blended Learning: Online and Live Course

A New Course is Coming April 2022!

Email us to be notified of the next course.

These days it seems everyone is being hit by drama, both personally and professionally. Our coaching clients are often stressed out and stuck in drama. We coaches get stuck, too. We desperately need a simple, yet profound method to free both ourselves and our clients from the dreaded drama that keeps everyone from being their best selves.

When coaches and their clients shift their focus from problems to outcomes, something amazing happens in the coaching relationship. Reactive drama is transformed into dreams and results that really matter. Clients become engaged and open to unlimited possibilities. They welcome change as the fuel that empowers great outcomes.

"This course has given me language and structure as a coach and leader to engage with others and hold my fire more, allowing others to find their way forward. It’s working! I’m a great rescuer and this has actually been freeing to me. So more present with the other person. I see how much more empowered they feel too. Thank you."
Rosemary Clark

  • The 8 Principles and insights for partnering with your client as they cultivate their Creator essence and bring forward their best self;
  • The 3 Vital Questions 5-Step Action Planning model that supports your clients to take generative and creative steps that will support them to transform their old patterns of drama.
You will also receive five new articles exclusive to this course as well as:

book covers of 3VQ and The Power of TED*

  • Tips on how to stay out of Rescuer and “fix-it” mode;

"This was an excellent opportunity to learn how to work with clients using the TED*/3VQ process. Even with 15 years as a Certified Coach and 5 years of teaching/coaching this work I still learned so much from the enhanced material, Donna's excellent guidance and interaction with other practitioners. So many great questions and answers came up because we were a varied group. I will continue using the new materials as I support clients who want to be liberated from the DDT. Thanks so much for your outstanding coach training."
